Radicalfootball.ro provides a range of features designed to support football coaching professionals and enthusiasts. By using these features, you agree to the specific terms outlined below.
The Forum allows registered users to create posts, leave comments, and like content shared by other members. All forum contributions must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any forum content that violates these terms.
The Library hosts training resources, sessions, and articles contributed by users and our editorial team. Library content may be versioned to reflect updates and improvements. Certain Library resources may be published under specific licenses as indicated on each resource. Users contributing to the Library must ensure they have the right to share the content they upload.
The Community Map allows users to share their approximate location to connect with other football professionals in their area. Location sharing is voluntary and can be adjusted or removed at any time through your account settings.
Break Spaces provide a space for reflections and personal thoughts related to your coaching journey. Users may choose to post anonymously within Break Spaces. Even when posting anonymously, all contributions must respect our Community Guidelines.
The Messaging feature enables user-to-user direct messages on the platform. Messages are private between participants. Misuse of the messaging system, including unsolicited commercial messages, harassment, or spam, may result in account suspension.
Users may submit applications to speak at Radical Football conferences. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. We review all applications and will notify applicants of their status. Information provided in speaker applications may be shared with conference organizers and reviewers.
Conference Materials include premium content such as recordings, presentations, and supplementary resources from Radical Football conferences. Access to Conference Materials may require a paid conference ticket or separate purchase. Conference Materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, recorded, or shared without our explicit written consent.
All content on radicalfootball.ro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, audio, software, and design elements, is owned by Asociația Radical Football or its licensors and is protected by Romanian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent from Asociația Radical Football.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, including forum posts, comments, library resources, break space reflections, and messages. By submitting content, you grant Asociația Radical Football a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your content, and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
All payments on radicalfootball.ro are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms.

By using radicalfootball.ro, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described therein.
The platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Asociația Radical Football does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asociația Radical Football, its officers, members, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform and its services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Asociația Radical Football in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service, suspected fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination or deletion, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, shall remain in effect.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oradea, Județul Bihor, România.
Nothing in these terms shall affect the statutory rights of consumers under applicable European Union legislation, including but not limited to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
