Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair and transparent refund procedures.

1. Refund Request Procedure

Step 1 - Initiation

Send an email to contact@radicalfootball.ro with the subject line "Refund - [product type] - [order number]", including the reason for the refund request, the purchase date, and the full name of the order holder.

Step 2 - Confirmation

You will receive a receipt confirmation within 24 hours. A motivated decision will be communicated within 48 hours of receiving the complete request.

Step 3 - Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Card payments (Stripe): maximum 5 business days from approval
  • Other payment methods: maximum 10 business days from approval

An additional 3–5 business day delay is possible depending on the issuing bank. Asociația Radical Football does not control this banking delay.

2. Digital Products and Subscriptions

  • Conference materials and premium content: No refunds after access or download, unless the product is demonstrably defective.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time through your profile settings. No refunds are issued for partial periods. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Physical Product Returns (Shop)

Per OUG 34/2014 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights), you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return a product, with no justification needed.

Conditions

  • Product must be in original condition, unused, with tags intact
  • Original packaging must be intact or in acceptable condition
  • No signs of use or damage

Procedure

Email contact@radicalfootball.ro with "Return - [order number]" within 14 days of receiving the product. You will receive the return address and instructions within 48 hours. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for defective or non-conforming products. A 100% refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

Exclusions

  • Customized products
  • Products with a broken hygiene seal after delivery

4. Conference Tickets

Cancellation by Attendee

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund
  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Within 7 days of the event: No refund (ticket is transferable to another person)

Cancellation by Asociația Radical Football

100% automatic refund for all tickets and accommodation. Processed within 10 business days of the official cancellation announcement.

Rescheduling

Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you are entitled to a 100% refund within 14 days of the official rescheduling announcement. Email contact@radicalfootball.ro to request this refund.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (pandemic, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events per the Romanian Civil Code): minimum 50% refund OR, at the buyer's choice, full transferable credit for the next conference edition. The decision and exact terms will be communicated within 30 calendar days.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions. Refunds for donations are generally not applicable. In exceptional circumstances, please contact contact@radicalfootball.ro.

6. EU Consumer Rights

This refund policy respects and does not limit your rights under applicable EU consumer legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU and national transposing legislation.
