What We Look For

We welcome proposals from coaches, educators, researchers, parents, and practitioners who bring real experience and authentic perspectives to youth football. We value voices that challenge, question, and inspire - not just those that confirm.

Conditions for Speakers

By applying, you agree to the following conditions if accepted:

Prepare and deliver your session(s) to the highest standard
Submit all materials by the curator's deadlines
Attend the full conference (all days)
Allow your session to be recorded and published
Grant Radical Football rights to use your photo/bio for promotion
Participate in at least one social media announcement
