What people are saying
Testimonials
What I felt there was a genuine sense of belonging. I had never been in a space where coaches could speak openly, listen to one another, and learn together like that. It was more than a conference – it was a real community in the making.
For me, Radical Football Conference stood out through the authenticity of its discussions. The speakers were open, down-to-earth, and very well prepared. I came away with new perspectives and a stronger desire to rethink how we work with children every day.
Radical Football Conference was a breath of fresh air. Even though I come from the world of professional football, it felt truly meaningful to hear people speak about children, learning, and purpose. It was an authentic space where something valuable was being built.
The conference gave me clarity about the direction we want to take as an academy. I found ideas that I could apply right away, but also questions that will challenge me in the long term. It was a complete experience – grounded in reality, but with a visionary spirit.
What I appreciated most was being surrounded by people looking for meaning, not just methods. The conversations were real, deep, and came from people inside the game. For me, this event became both a professional and a human reference point.
