Celebrating football
With the support of the Cont Consult Association, the second edition of the Radical Football Conference will take place on July 23–24, 2025, continuing its mission to transform youth football development.
Between the historic walls of Oradea Fortress and the modern facilities of the Motorul Coaching Venue, we come together to redefine coaching in youth football. Our event is more than just a conference; it is a movement. It is the place where we embrace both our passion for football and our power to transform the learning process.
Development and learning
In 2024, the Radical Football Conference redefined the way we view player development and learning in youth football. Through inspiring presentations, interactive discussions, practical sessions, and a strong focus on creating dynamic learning environments, the event had a real impact on the football community.
In 2025, international experts will share the latest insights into youth player development, emphasizing contemporary methods tailored to the real needs of children—through theoretical presentations, group discussions, and practical demonstrations.
The following are expected to attend
The event is open to participants from around the world—coaches, academy directors, sports education specialists, researchers, decision-makers from clubs and federations, as well as anyone who contributes, in any way, to the development of young players.
No matter what role you play in this process, the event offers an opportunity to explore new perspectives, engage in valuable exchanges of ideas, and contribute to shaping the future of youth football.
